Return Window
Hardware nodes can be returned within 07 Standard Cycles (Days) from the date of physical arrival, provided the technical seal remains intact.
Conditions
Installed systems, activated smart nodes, or hardware with breached chassis seals are NOT ELIGIBLE for standard return protocols.
The Logistical Workflow
Initiate Link
Login to your Zeeno International node and request a "Return Authorization Token".
Verify Status
Our engineering team will remotely verify your hardware telemetry.
Safe Transport
A certified Zeeno International courier will collect the unit in original tech-packaging.
Credit Issue
Once physical diagnostics are complete, a refund is issued to your node.
